Old Bones, New Life: How We Renovate Resale Condo in East Singapore
From dated to modern minimalist — see how we redesigned this two levels home into a bright, airy sanctuary without changing its core structure.
This two-storey home in the East had been loved for over 30 years - but it needed a new lease of life. Our mission: keep its structure, but completely refresh the interiors for a brighter, minimalist, and timeless look.
We aimed to make the living room feel serene and open. By replacing the old flooring and introducing a minimalist colour palette, we transformed the living room into a space ideal for both lively family gatherings and peaceful evenings.
Opening up partitions and changing the color palette helped light travel through the home, making every corner feel more inviting.
We used a minimalist colour palette, black handles, and durable countertops to ensure the kitchen looks modern yet stays functional for years.
Kitchen Design Focus: A sleek, open-concept kitchen with clean lines, smart storage, and better workflow — perfect for cooking and entertaining.
To address the dark, small, and dim space, the former kitchen toilet was transformed into a bright and inviting guest powder room.
A custom kitchen cabinet was designed with an integrated hidden door that conceals the toilet, creating a seamless and cohesive look
We designed this master bedroom to feel calm yet spacious, pairing with a soft neutral palette & warm wood flooring to create a serene, inviting retreat.
